Chinese Brown Sauce
3/4 c. beef broth
1 TB. plus 1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 TB. cornstarch
With all ingredients in a saucepan,
bring to a boil over medium heat.
Stir constantly until thickened.
