1 lb ground beef, 1 lb sausage if you like it real hot use hot sausage. chopped onion, chopped green pepper if you want hot use 2 or 3 chopped jalpeno peppers chili beans hot or regular 2 cans 2 cans diced tomatoes regular or with jalpeno salt pepper to taste chili powder hot or regular depending on taste. Fry beef and sausage with onions and peppers drain. Put in big pot add all other ingredents and about 1 can of water may need alittle more. A friend of mine puts a cap of rum in hers have made it both ways i can't tell the difference. Slow cook about 1 hour may need to add more chili powder depends on taste. If you like it alittle hot try using some ingredents that are hot and some not it will turn out about medium. Super hot use all hot ingredents and add hot sauce. All depends on how much fire you want.
