Pear Jam

1 cup blended pear (whip in a food processor or blendar until smooth)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat the blended pear and cinnamon in a pan to boil,
then turn to low and simmer, stirring occasionally,
until mixture reaches desired thickness.
Yields 1/3 cup.
