3 (29 oz.) cans pear halves
1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter, cut into small pieces
Arrange pears in a single layer of a 3 qt. baking dish
that has been sprayed with non-stick coating.
Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and coconut.
Spread across pears. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
